A Wonderful Getaway
very nice service diligent work
The staff at the buffet displayed very nice service. Fermin cooked eggs perfectly. Anai hosted well at various restaurants. Edgar worked diligently at Cafe Sole. I appreciated their work.
The phone in my room didn't work, inconvenient. I had to go to the reception to report the issue. No one addressed the problem.

The premier oceanfront room offered spacious accommodation. The view was amazing. A shower was something special with good water pressure and design. Housekeeping restocked the mini fridge daily.

The buffet offered a decent selection. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner varied daily. Koi restaurant provided a great teppanyaki show. Angel prepared food attentively, i also found the taco grill very convenient.

The pools were perfect for relaxation. The beach access directly from the hotel made enjoying the ocean easy. There was never any need to venture off the resort to find activities and entertainment, amazing.

The concierge team was helpful, especially Miriam. Daniel from Expedia guided us well and made reservations at Koi restaurant. Hector, Diana, Alicia, and Gerardo from the buffet and food areas provided excellent service. EVERYONE treated me well.

uninspired selection dress code
the minibar was stocked with the basics that is soda and beer the selection felt a little uninspired it could have benefited from some more premium options and variety i found the dress code for some of the restaurants to be a tad excessive i mean really long pants at all times it felt a bit much for a beach vacation i think a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated

Tina at the taco bar was very nice. She remembered my order every day. Señor Abby remembered names and always stopped for a chat. The staff is very cute. Jessica, our butler, was very helpful with reservations, and Karina served drinks with a smile. The hotel has friendly staff.
The reception team put on a sales pitch for their 'timeshare.

The hotel was like an oasis. It looked clean, with cleaning staff visible throughout the day. There was easy access to the beach. The resort offers a fun mix of adults, families, and couples, so there is something for everyone.

My room was fantastic and always kept clean. The suite included access to a VIP lounge. The VIP lounge served a mini buffet for breakfast and lunch. I found it convenient to have a waiter, Rusmel. He was a pleasure to see every morning.

The food had a wide variety. The tacos at the Mexican seafood restaurant at lunchtime were a must. The steakhouse was a nice step away from the busy international buffet for breakfast and lunch. Drinks were flavorful. Many restaurants provide decent options.

The hotel is oceanside and has beautiful white beaches. The location provides easy access to the beach. The views from the villa are fine. There are lots of stairs and resident iguanas that kept the holiday active and interesting.
